He was predeceased by: his parents, John Osentoski and Martha Osentoski (Uflig); and his siblings, Isadore Osentoski, Christine Swartz, Alfred Osentoski, Lottie Langenburg, Ben Osentoski and Marie Stanley.

He is survived by: his wife Leona C. (Klasko); his children, Edward Osentoski (Carol), Susan Bauer (John), Jeffrey Osentoski (Linda) and Timothy Osentoski; and his sister Isabell Kritzman.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church.
