He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rogers and Helen Rogers (Bigelow); his in-laws, Michelina and Paul Tramontin, Sr.; his sisters, Marjorie Wolfe (Fred), Doris Humbert (Lester) and Phyllis Rogers; his brother-in-law John Tramontin; his niece Maria Tramontin; and his nephew Greg Zaft.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Palma Tramontin; his children, Joseph Rogers, Mary Ribotis (Frank), Martha Stange (Brian), Mark Rogers (Erica) of Ann Arbor and Arthur, Jr. Rogers (Lota) of Marblehead, MA.; and his grandchildren, Amie, Anthony, Dominic, Ellie, Amelia, Hailey, Genevieve, Ethan, Lucy, Luke and Annalyn.
