He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Burnett and Ruth Burnett (Blackburn); and his brothers-in-law, George Mikos, Denton Bemus and Hank Bemus.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Cheboygan; his daughter Julie Ruth Burnett of Carp Lake; his grandsons, Jehren Michael Warner of Jackson, MI and Jaedon Burnett Warner of Jackson, MI; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Corthal (Steve) of Sidney, OH, Christina Farlee (Charles) of Woodland, MI, Rose Mikos of Cheboygan and Mattie Blaskowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
