He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Holbrook and Lucy Belle Hoffman; his wife Gail Foust; and his siblings, Delilah Elizabeth, James Edward Franklin, Sylvan Mills, Charles Max, Florence Breneda Ruth and Audrey Jewel.
He is survived by: his son Marc Holbrook of Bliss; his grandchildren, Tabitha Fisher (JR) of Eustis, Kristine Holbrook of Petoskey, Ashley Frieburger (Terry) of Indian River and Alan Holbrook of Bliss; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Robert Stewart, Naveah, AvieLee, Samuel Frieburger, Blake and Abigail Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
