He was predeceased by: his mother Tina Dechape. He is survived by: his sons, Noah Shugar and Jaxon Shugar; his siblings, Crystal Shugar, Daniel Shugar, Jerusha Hunt, Breanne Hunt, Michaela Williams, Katrina Dechape and Gerard Dechape, Jr.; his grandparents, James, Jeanne Shugar, John and Veronica Hunt (Alyssa Casey); and also Jaice. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces, and Nephews.
