He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Kopiwoda and Bernice Kopiwoda. He is survived by: his spouse Keleigh Reed; his stepsons, Jeffrey and Brett Vasquez; and his sisters, Christine Byars (Jim), Catherine Kopiwoda and Sharon Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
