He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie; his grandchildren, Niles Ash and Whitney Bettis; his siblings, Howard Bidwell, Aaron Auger and Linda Kay Bidwell; his mother Sylvia Auger; and his stepfathers, Richard Bidwell and Merl Auger.
He is survived by: his children, Courtney Walters of Cheboygan, Windy Brockette (Mike Sr.) of Wolverine, Heidi Robinson (Robert) of Indian River, Kiley Walters of Florida and Kasey Heggen (Donnie Huffman) of Kuna, Idaho; his grandchildren, Trevor, Anthony, Michael Jr., Quinn, Zaine, Robyn, Jeremiah, Zach, Zaylinn, Colter, Aliyah and Kendra; his great grandchildren, Kaydence, Clover and Zaire; and his siblings, Helen Mearing of Indiana, Jeanette Wesley of Afton, Dick Bidwell of Millersburg, Harold "Buggs" Bidwell of Onaway and Christopher Bidwell of Cheboygan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
