He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Beverly A. Scripko, Sr. (Roberts); and his stepfather Thomas S. Webber. He is survived by: his siblings, William E. Scripko, Jr. (Pat) of Cheboygan, Bruce A. Scripko (Joann) of South Lyon, Bette Robiadek of Utica and Bonnie Scripko (Charles Stephenson) of Cottrellville. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Area 33 Special Olympics.
