He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Laway, Jr., Frank Laway (Bev) and Michael Laway (Dawn); his grandchildren, Ryan Laway, Jenna Laway and Michael Laway; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Chelsea and Ellie Laway; his stepgrandchildren, Nathaniel McNeil, Raeann McNeil, Emily Lawson (McNeil), Don and Harrington; and his former wife Dianne George.
