He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williard and Ruth Williard; and his sister-in-law Rona (Terri Ann). He is survived by: his significant other Terri Ann; and his siblings, Lois Fons (Greg) of Michigan and Kirk Williard of South Carolina. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
