He is survived by: his mother Janice Coleman (Smith); his son Mark Coleman (Kimberly); his wife Anna Lenz; his daughter Suzanne Carney (Vincent); his brother Michael Coleman (Theresa); his brother-in-law Frits Ponsen; his grandchildren, Samuel Carney, Evan Carney, Lucy Coleman, Jack Coleman and Maxwell Coleman; his stepgranddaughter Tia Nelson; and also, Ashton and Ruby.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. James Episcopal Church, Hospice of Michigan, or the Cheboygan County Humane Society.
