She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elwood Hommel Sr. and Odessa Starr; her husband Greg Borowicz Jr. (Cheboygan); her children, Theodore and Nicole; her siblings, Clyde (Jessica), Elwood Jr. (Lamae), Sallie (Boyne Falls) and Maribeth (William); her parents-in-law, Gregory and Erika Borowicz Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah (Mike) and Charles (Violet). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (4989 Polish Line Rd, Cheboygan, MI 49721). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
