He is survived by: his children, Jordan Shiflett (Autumn Collins), Courtney "Bird" Shiflett and Devin Shiflett (Jose "Chacho" Galvan); his grandchildren, Phoenix Collins-Shiflett, Julian Collins-Shiflett, Isaac Galvan, Isabellah Galvan, Luciano Galvan and Roman Coons; his siblings, Sue, Mark, Arnie, Kirk, Ted, Tammy, Priscilla, Bob, Kenny and Kay; his former wife Dawn Parker; his friends, Kristie Slentz, Davey Richardson and Mary Hovey; and his pets, Swisher and Betsy.
