He is survived by: his parents, Lupe Castro and Rose Sliwinski; his wife Carol Castro; his sister Guadalupe Castro; and also, Jose A. Castro II, Stephanie Castro, John Castro and Tammy Cooper. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
