She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gloria (Cookie), Leonard and Albert (Boomer). She is survived by: her siblings, Debra Univer (Ralph) of Spokane and Roger; and her sister-in-law Linda Fleury of Cheboygan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Mary/St Charles Catholic Church (120 North St d, Cheboygan, MI 49721). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Joan's memory can be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bishop Baraga Catholic School, or Compassus Hospice.
