He is survived by: his wife Jean Clark; his daughters, Melinda Deurwearder, Amanda Deurwearder and Brenda Temple (Lenny); his grandchildren, Chantel, Hallie Temple and Matthew Alexander; his sister Shirley Sunstrom; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Boda and Denise Clark.
