He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Page and Olive Page (Ralls); and his siblings, Linda and Bob. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberely Page and Trisha Deeter (Darrin); and his grandsons, Lawrence, Joshua, Andrew and Justin. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
