He is survived by: his wife Laura Barrette; his children, Lynn Bell (Robert), Steve Barrette (Jodi) and Joe Barrette (Bridget); his grandchildren, Jordan, Joshua, Michael Barrette, Leah and Emma Bell; his siblings, Esther, Jeanette Robidou and Marion Rivard; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Larry, Kenneth Brooks, Nancy Holdwick and MaryJo Buckman.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Knights of Columbus and the American Cancer Society.
