He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Veenhuis and Merodene Veenhuis (Brundle); his wife Carolyn Marie Lee; his son Rick Veenhuis; and his sisters, Margaret Tilley and Mary Jo Peterson.
He is survived by: his sons, Ron Veenhuis (Sharon) of Swartz Creek, Randy Veenhuis (Kim) of Orleans and Rob Veenhuis (Julie) of Swartz Creek; and his brother Chuck Veenhuis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
