He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Vance Bedell and Yona Ruth Bedell (Bigger); his wife Dorothy Abramson; his siblings, Pete, Henry, Lucky, Gilbert, Deloris (Ann) and Sylvia (Jean); and his half-siblings, Roy Jr. (Alvin), Shirley and Norma.
He is survived by: his sisters, Faye, Susan, Evelyn and Adelaide; his sons, Harold Bedell (Julie) of Bruce Crossing, MI and Don Bedell (Kari) of Cheboygan, MI; his granddaughters, Ashley Bedell, Elizabeth Johnson (Jeff), Samantha Oswald (Luke) and Makalya McKervey (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Kloe, Clara, Olivia, Ezekiel Johnson, Annie and Beau Oswald.
