He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward LaRocque and Lillian LaRocque (Fleury); his former wife Linda LaRocque (Ross); his siblings, Bob, Tom, Art, Bill, Lawrence, Ray, Jimmy, Butch, Marie and Donna; and his siblings-in-law, Todd Jewell, Dale Ross, Ron Ross and Pat Ross.

He is survived by: his wife Grace Jewell; his children, Todd LaRocque (Renee) and Stacy Murray (Howard); his stepchildren, Tracie Niesen and David Niesen; his grandchildren, Taylor LaRocque (Khristyn), Andy Martin, Erika Jarvis (Ethan) and Michela Murray; his stepgrandchildren, Zach McGuire and Jordan Niesen; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Gracelyn LaRocque; his brother Don LaRocque (Peggy); his siblings-in-law, Marva Newman (Gary), Terry Jewell (Sue) and Ron Jewell (Carol); and his pet Sam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
