It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Tolstyka Jr. of Cheboygan, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tolstyka Sr. and Clementine Tolstyka; and his siblings, Robert, William, Stanley and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Hornby; his children, Frank Tolstyka, III (Carol) and Nicole Chimner (John); his grandchildren, Corey Provo, Leon Leach III (Annalee Stonehouse), Kayla Provo (Kasey Bruce), Andrew Leach (Mel Paquin) and Ann Marie Leach (Kyler Corey); his great grandchildren, Lucy Provo, Lilah Provo and Tanner Marsh; and his brothers, Donald Tolstyka, Larry Tolstyka and Jerry Tolstyka (Kimberly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
