He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Juillett and Dorothy Juillett (Farnia); and his siblings, Mike, Danny, Donnie, David Juillet and Shelly Bellant (Juillet).
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Juillet; his sons, Anthony and Jake Juillet; his siblings, Matt Juillet (Christine) and Dena Millar (Juillet); his siblings-in-law, Rose Juillet (Berden), Ron Williams (Ricci) and Jon Williams (Dena); and his friends, Eric Wright (Andrea), Dan Cook, Jody Tryban and Jessie Moulder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
