He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Proctor (Jewell) and William "Denny" Proctor; and his grandson Riley Proctor. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Madison Proctor (Tyler Schultz), Dylan Smith, Tyler Smith (Hailey), Aubrey Smith, Lincoln Leveille and Oliver Horn. He is also survived by family members; numerous cousins; and many friends.
