He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. France and Florence M. France (Still); his siblings, Orval France, Pearl Hudson, William France II, Carol Rocheleau and Kenneth; and his son Todd France.
He is survived by: his spouse Leeann Arnold; his sons, Troy (Trixie) and Paul France (Shelli); and his grandchildren, Veronica (Cody Tohm), Jack, Erica and Michael France. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of the Straits or Gentle Winds Home Health Care.
