She was predeceased by: her son Douglass Kozmon; her close friend Eva Shaw; and her half-brothers, Charles Pragluski of Bristol and Joseph Pragluski of New Britain, Connecticut.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph D. Kozmon of Martinsburg, Kathy (Kozmon), Al Thompson of Pinole, California, Donna (Kozmon) and Pat Morgan of Indian River, Michigan; and her grandson Maurice Thompson (Vanessa) of Hayward, California..
Charlotte enjoyed knitting and crochet making many afghans and clothing items for family and friends thru the years and for donation to Agencies that provided for the needy.
