He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Derhammer and Lottie Derhammer (Baker); his brothers, Don, Bob, Carl and Willis; his brothers-in-law, Ed Galbraith, Frank Carmody, Rick Flatka, Robert VanHoorne and Tom Kennedy; and his sister Dolores.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Kim), Gregory (Trisha) and Kurt; his wife Charlene Haines; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Jordan, Melissa (Dane), Mackenzy Lynn, Eddie (Jessica) and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Eddie, Liam, Laykin, Emberly, Anneliese and Salem; his siblings, Doug, Berneice (Allan), Marie, Avon and Laurel (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Virginia (Tom), Cheryl, Donna (Dan), Karen (Neil), Paula, Charles (Dan), David (Randy) and Carl (Deb).
