She was predeceased by: her parents, John VanOost and Agnes VanOost (Batts); her husband Joe; her brothers, Jack and Butch; and her granddaughter Brenda.
She is survived by: her children, Joe LaVigne (Cathy), Bonnie LaVigne and Phillip LaVigne; her grandchildren, Nick (Jenn), Ryan (Jess), Chris (Samantha), Jake (Molly), Troy, Ricky (Haley) and Brock (Heidi); her great grandchildren, Sofia, Claire, Emma, Elivia and Mara; her great great grandchildren, Dean, Joe, Sienna and Hunter; and her siblings, Ray and Sandy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to the Cheboygan County Humane Society, McLaren Vital Care Hospice, Bishop Baraga or the Televised Mass for the Gaylord Diocese.
