She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew LaVigne and Isabelle LaVigne (LaHaie); her husband Richard H. Schneider; her brother Leroy LaVigne; and her sister-in-law Patricia LaVigne.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Schneider (Laura) of Covington, Floyd Schneider (Toni) of Azle, Dawn Jenne (Joe) of Cheboygan, Lisa Porter (Martin) of Cheboygan, Cindy Reinhout (Tony) of Murphysboro, David Schneider (Joanna) of Clewston and Frank Schneider (Lisa) of Indian River; and her sisters, JoAnn Lutrell (Jim) of Cheboygan and Judy Maybank (Jim) of Cheboygan.
