She is survived by: her husband Douglas Chase; her sons, Douglas Chase Jr. Chase (Michelle), Daniel Chase (Cathy), Darwin Chase (Linda) and Dean Chase (Shelly); her grandchildren, Jeff Chase (Amy), Amber Lipps (Matt), Angela LaBean (Rob), Jonathan Chase (Megan), Troy Chase (Kelly), Travis Chase (Aimee), Joshua Chase (Jenny), Jeremy Chase (Emily) and Ashley Barrios (Trevor); and her sister Lois Spies. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
