He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Ruth Spafford (Cox); his children, Jason Cox (Janelle), Lisa Hutchinson (Ronnie) and Mike Ryan (Juli); his grandchildren, Riley, Cameron, Ryder, Theodore and Elouise; his siblings, Tim Cox (Elizabeth), Daronda Knighton (Dale) and Tommy Cox (Michelle); and his close friends, Becky Coakley and Nurses. He is also survived by Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
