It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Rossberg of Chassell, Michigan, born in Calumet, Michigan, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rossberg and Gertrude Rossberg (Keranen); and his sons-in-law, Gary Loehr and Nick Persha. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Rossberg (Haapala); his daughters, Kathryn Whitegon (John) of Hudson, WI, Linda Rossberg of Marquette, MI, Susan Rossberg (Keith Shepard) of Littleton, CO and Lori Voss (Mark) of Hudson, WI; his grandchildren, Shawn Rossberg, Maija Whitegon, Ryan and Lauryn Voss; his stepgrandchildren, Barb Jennings (Michael), Tracy Korpi (Todd), Chad Persha, Kris, Josh Shepard and Aaron Loehr; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael Jennings, Carter, Cameron and Keegan Korpi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Chapel in Chassell on Monday, January 18th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm following COVID guidelines. Due to pandemic restrictions, a private family service will be held the following day at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chassell.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family suggests donations to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice.
