David S. Norgard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David S. Norgard of Chassell, Michigan, born in Hancock, Michigan, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Norgard and Clarice Norgard (Ebert); and his brother Peter Norgard. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen McDonald (Don), Gina and Paul; and his nephews, Jeremy McDonald (Starrla) and Rob McDonald (Amy). He is also survived by 3 great nephews, a great niece, and by friends and neighbors.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Keweenaw Land Trust (keweenawlandtrust.org) that protects the land and waters of the Keweenaw for future generations.
