She was predeceased by: her parents, John Merritt and Goldie Ruth Avery (David); her husband Clarence G. O'Neil, Jr.; and her grandson Brandon S. O'Neil. She is survived by: her children, Diana L. O'Neil, Sharlene B., Dale Bates, Dannie A. O'Neil, David L. O'Neil, LaVonne K. (Bonnie), Ed Wallace, Douglas C. O'Neil and Roxanne S. Ware; and her sister Georgene Lenahan. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
