He is survived by: his sons, Frank Balowski (Kelly) and Anthony Balowski (Wendy); his wife Rita Simmons; his grandchildren, Sandra Alastra (John), Joseph Balowski (Jessica), Jacob Balowski, Caleb Balowski (Miranda) and Kristian Balowski; his great grandchildren, Grace, Gloria Alastra, Ruth and Nora Balowski; his siblings, Richard Balowski (Irene) and Christine McClennon (Tom); and his sister-in-law Beverly Cousino (Ted). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
