She was predeceased by: her husband Orville; her parents, George Varney and Clara Varney; her sisters, Dorothy (Ross Krebs) and Georgia; and her daughters-in-law, Jennie and Darlene.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Norris; and her brother-in-law Wayne Decker (Shirley). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
