He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Southward and Gloria Southward (Eishen). He is survived by: his wife Karen Marie Starr; his daughters, Stacy Dixon (Tobias Jones) of Dubois, Carol Nelson (Ben) of Olivet and Sarah Jago (John) of Lexington, MI; his grandchildren, Emily Clark (Brandon), Andrew Nelson, Jodi Jones, Alexis Dixon, Kelsey Dixon and Reece Riley; and his sisters, Pamela Harder (Gordon) of Eaton Rapids and Nanette Visger (Mike) of Vermontville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
