He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Eric Maynard and David Maynard (Knut Eichhorn); his stepdaughter Angie Locke (Jeff); and his sister Lorna Grindel. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
