He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Salik and Bertha Salik (Kondratic); his daughter Barbara Flower; his grandson Tyler Flower; his son Thomas Hall; and his granddaughter Kristina Hall-Grams.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Hall; his children, Kevin Salik, Wendy Anderson (Mark), Ed Hall (Linda), Mary Schneider (Patrick) and Rebecca Magoon (Edward); and his daughter-in-law Helen Hall. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many extended family.

If desired the family suggests memorial contributions to The St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry or The Center.
