He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Southerly and Cleota Southerly (Layton); and his wife Phyllis Gordon. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Southerly (Shannon Combs) and Jay Southerly; his grandchildren, Turner Southerly, Madison Southerly and Isabelle Robinson; his sisters, Carol Louise Bradwel and Betty Jean Simmons; and also, Laurie Robinson and Keeley Coon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
