He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Thompson (Bryan) and Jim Nichols (Cindy); his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Smith (Nate), Travis Thompson (Bee), Tyler Thompson, Kaela Nichols, Casey Nichols (Elizabeth Tengler), Kim Spaw (Scott), Michelle Cruz (Mike), Rachel Nichols and Joshua Nichols (Angel); his great-nieces, Shelby Spaw and Casey Jo Krieger (Sebastian); and his great-nephew Martyn Cruz.
