She is survived by: her children, Raye Lynn Owen (Robert) of Middleton, Roxanne White of Clearwater, FL, Rhonda Butters (Sam) of Charlotte and Justyne White of Tampa; her brothers, Mike Costigan (Mary) and Thomas Costigan; and her close friend Virginia Spade-Patino. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
