He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Bartlett and May Bartlett (Bates); and his sister Gloria Talarczyk. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Laura Wieber (Keith), Mark Bartlett (Lisa) and John Bartlett (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Cameron, Sydney, Breanne (Adam), Bryce (Ciara), Karlie, Alexa, Ryan, Sean and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Evelynn and Edynn; and his sister Rita Bartlett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
