He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Steiner and Opal Steiner (Penny); his wife Barbara MacKenzie; his brother Richard Steiner (Barbara); his niece Karen Steiner; and his brother-in-law Lynn Warren.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Scott (Angela) and Debbie Richardson; his sister Marjorie Warren; his niece Jodi Steiner; and his nephews, Mike Warren and Tom Warren. He is also survived by two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
