He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Billsen and Shirley Billsen (Thomas). He is survived by: his sons, Richard Billsen (Bridget) of Charlotte, Paul Billsen (Tracie) of Charlotte and Troy Billsen (Ashley) of Texas; his grandchildren, Maleena, Wyatt, Brody and Quinn; and his sisters, Theresa Sparks, Kathy Alvera and Esther McCune.
