She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Charles and Rena Mae Halsey (Scott); her husband Jack F. Saylor; and her brothers, Stanley "Bub" Halsey (Droucilla), David "Hap" Halsey and Charles Halsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tamera "Tammy" Halsey (Ryan), Tina Dunsmore (Tom) and Teresa Madill (Bryce); her granddaughters, Sarah Rebecca Montie (Sam), Gracelyn Mae Halsey and Taylor Joan Madill; her great grandchild Jackson Montie; and her brother Stephen "Weezer" Halsey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins; and several fur babies.
