He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Holt and Alta Holt (Caincross); his stepfather Pat Lachnet; his son Bruce Holt; and his daughter-in-law Stacey Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Holt; his children, Jerry Merideth (Lorrie), Vicky Binning, Kenneth Holt, Sherry Holt, Scott Holt and Evelyn "Nicky" Case (Jerry); and his sister Lorena Hall. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
