With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Lou Hogan (Charlotte, Michigan), born in Montpelier, Indiana, who passed away on March 29, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Merritt and Jennie Myrtle Simmons (Williams); and her brother Bill Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Emerson "Junior" Hogan; her children, Cheryl McPherson (Jim) of Montpelier, Deb Hogan of Charlotte and Bill Hogan of Vermontville; and her brother Tom Simmons (Janet) of Montpelier. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
