With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip B. Palmer of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on November 19, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Palmer and Delphia Palmer (Brewer). He is survived by: his wife Eva Joan Huber of Charlotte; his children, Rebecca Douglas (Douglas) of LaFayette, GA and Thomas Palmer (Valerie) of Charlotte; and his sister Martee Bakhuyzen (Hank). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
