With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Joseph Phillips (Charlotte, Michigan), born in Oak Harbor, Washington, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard Phillips; his grandparents, Walter Phillips, Barbara and Donald Hayhoe; and his uncle Bob Phillips.

He is survived by: his mother Christine Phillips (Hayhoe); his daughter Kaelyn Phillips; his sisters, Keri Naes (Douglas) and Viki Phillips; his niece Kimberly Naes; his grandmother Dorothy Phillips; and his aunts and uncles, David Hayhoe (Angie), Mike Hayhoe, Shari Hill (Mike), David Phillips (Gail), Debbie Stoddard (Brian) and Katy Brown (Tim).
